Sign up for the trial
– The first 1,250 participants will receive shares in ProofTesto Inc.

Prepare for testing
– Stop taking any other supplements that may affect testosterone levels for at least 14 days before starting.

Choose your supplement
– Select one product from our list of 25 supplements to be tested.

Order your test package
You’ll receive 3 home test kits — Test A (Day 0) before starting the supplement, Test B (Day 7) after one week, and Test C (Day 30) after one month.

Register your kits
– Register each test kit online at GetTested.io before taking the test.

Send in your samples
– Mail each test kit to the laboratory right after completing the test.

Data usage consent
– You agree that Natural Testo Man may use your results anonymously for research and statistical analysis.

Shareholder option (Europe only)
– If you are among the first 1,000 participants and wish to hold shares, send us the name of the entity (company or personal ownership) to register.

Ambassador agreement
– By participating, you agree to act as an ambassador for ProofTesto once the supplement is ready for market.
